| Hi all, for the last two days, I've altered my menu taking in everyone' ssuggestions. Thank you all so much. I'm down another 2lbs, which, considering it's also TOM as of today, isn't bad! Breakfast 2 boiled eggs 2 oz. grilled pork 1/2 cup jicama, raw 24 oz. water Lunch 1/3 avocado 3 oz. pork 4 cups lettuce greens (mixed) 3 tbs. carb-free blue cheese dressing 3 tbs. redi-whip 30 oz. water Dinner 2 1/2 cups broccoli 2 tbs. butter 3 oz. cheese 1 diet rite soda 32 oz. water The net carb thing really does make a difference. The second ingredient is sugar. Real whipped cream is easy to make ... and then you know what's in it!

| Shelley - are you eating enoug? Like to see you have some other protein for your supper than cheese on a normal day. Like that you are getting in so much veggies - great foundation. Nice job on the water. (And yeah the other two gals have a really good point about the whip stuff) |
