Increase your net carbs to 25 net (you don't know exactly how many you had during Induction... but I think you'll be fine with 25) by adding more non-starchy vegetables. Then keep increasing your carb level while moving through the OWL Rungs.
Since you are so close to your goal weight, you might have to keep your calories really up from one point on, so that you don't lose too much weight. | |
