| Well broccoli is a 1 cup a day veggie. Everything else looks ok to me, I am no expert though |

| Yep, I'd say with the exception of the broccoli, it looks good :yes Take some time to get familiar with www.fitday.com and plug your foods in there..it'll tell you where you stand when it comes to your fat/protein/carb ratios. | This menu looks really great to me - with the exception of the broccoli. If you are still hungry after all this, try adding more fats to your diet. Like eat some bacon or sausage with the scrambled eggs. Also eating slow will help you get full, rather than eating like its a race. Or instead of 3 meals a day, trying doing 5 or 6 smaller ones and eat snacks in between. one of my fav snacks is pepperoni slices. Or experiment, you'd be AMAZED at how well cream cheese goes with everything! I like cream cheese on some celery sticks |
