Cool my menu

Just wanted to see if this seems okay.

Breakfast- zuchinni scramble
1 cup shredded zuchinni (5.7 carb)
1 egg (.6 carb)
1 tbsp butter
1 oz melted chedder cheese (.2 carb)

leftover brisket with pink sauce-
1 tbsp sugar free ketchup (1 carb)
1 tbsp mayo

Lunch-
can of tuna w/ 2 tbsp mayo and 3 olives
1 cup lettuce (1.3 carb)
2 tbsp blue cheese dressing (0 carb?)

Tea w/ 1 packet of splenda (1 carb)

Snack- THE BEST EVER CHOCOLATE BARK
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa (1 carb)
1 packet of splenda (1 carb)

Dinner-
steak w/ butter
1 cup lettuce (1.3 carb)
2 tbsp blue cheese dressing (0 carb?)

If my measurements are right, I am at 13.1 carbs for the day..

I got my veggies in, my cheese in, and even heavenly chocolate bark! This is wayyyy too easy..

(i know the sugar free ketchup, and the cocoa, arent really induction friendly)

Nice start to the day...consider adding another egg.

What's the brand of the ketchup? Ingredients list?

What type of lettuce?

Check the ingredients list and nutrition label on the dressing - many commercial brands add sugar, and dressings with added sugar are not legal for Induction.

Cocoa is not legal for Induction - that's incorporated back in OWL Rung 3

See above for comments on the dressing.

Salad veggies are more than just lettuce; try to add some variety.

Then why not do a clean Induction? You can live without cocoa and ketchup for two weeks, right?

Default Re: my menu

I think the ketchup is OK if it is sweetened with splenda but you have to count is as one of your allowed sugars of the day.

Are you counting net carbs? It does not look that way to me.

You should have most of your carbs come from veggies and not from tea, cheese, sweeteners and what not. So I would work on adding some more nutritional vegetables and use induction to cut some sugar additions and perhaps also chocolate addition.

Blue cheese dressing would have some carbs if it has blue cheese in it

But pretty good!!!
