I really think you need to re-read the Acceptable Foods List and the Rules of Induction, because it seems you are a bit confused on the amounts of food you can eat as well as the amounts of fat you are supposed to eat.

| Are you still doing Extended Induction? Just have to ask because my answer may be different if you are doing OWL or E.I.? If you are doing EI, I'd agree with everything Megs said.
