Default My menu

Can someplease tell me if I am on track for induction?

My menu

9 am
3 slices Canadian bacon
2 scrambled eggs
2 slice cheese
¼ c. mushrooms
24 oz. water

2 pm
Steak burger (I made it myself at home and used garlic powder and Wostershire)
1 c. cabbage (cole-slaw stuff)
Mayo
¼ c. bell pepper
50.7 oz. water (I sip on the water all day)

8 pm
chicken breast breaded in eggs with parmasean (1 oz) and pork rinds
1 c. mushrooms sauteed in olive oil and garlic (1 clove)
1/2 Roma tomoato with olive oil and 1 oz mozzarella browned in oven.

I have drunk 160 ounces of water today and I am still sipping.

Am I doing this right?

Debbie

Looks pretty good to me ... beware the cheese, though, it can and will stall you so keep it to a minimum.

Default Thanks Betty

Thanks for the tip about cheese. I am going to have to learn to do without it, but I hate eggs so I use it to cover the taste because I know I need to eat my eggs.

Remember that you don't have to have typical breakfast foods for breakfast if you're not keen on eggs.
Or you might want to look into some quiche recipes where you can fill it full of veggies and meats to flavor it up to hide the eggs.

Default Quiche

I am also not fond of eggs so I use a quick quiche recipe. Here it is

6 eggs beaten
1 cup of heavy cream
salt/pepper
sausage/bacon/any veggies
8 oz cheese

Cook veggies and breakfast meats first. Then beat your eggs and add the heavy whipping cream. Pour into a glass pie dish and throw in your cooked meats, veggies, and cheese. Throw into the oven at 350 for about 35 - 40 mins.

Enjoy!
