| Cottage cheese is not for induction. You're eating alot of high sodium foods (olives, jerky, cheese) that can cause water retention thus water weight. Keep it simple. Real meats, very little if any cheese, lots of fat. You need to aim for ratios of 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carb (from allowed veggies) every single day. Are you exercising? How much water are you drinking? 1/2 your weight in ounces EVERYDAY. No sodas, no caffeine. Period. No frankenfoods. YOU CAN DO IT! Betty

| What Betty said . . . . Plus - I did notice the 'meatless' bacon bits - if they have no meat in them what are they made of? Might be an idea to check the list of ingredients just to make sure. Regarding salty foods/water retention, did you check how much sodium you are eating? Fitday does list this in the 'nutrition' report so you can see how many milligrams you are eating Quote:
