| I think it sounds like an awesome menu! Nothing illegal there that I can see. Your dinners seem a bit scant. For me, I'd need more. If you would like more also, try adding some parmesean cheese chips to your meatloaf dinner, maybe celery and cream cheese to chicken wings dinner, a green salad to your tenderloin dinner, and variations of the like. Eating just meat and water is going to get old. Unless, that is where you are cutting your caloric intake to move things faster. You're doing great, though! Planning planning, planning, it WORKS!
