it doesn't look too bad. You really need veggies with your dinner meal also though. Other than that, it sounds yummy!

You already got the advise on spreading out your veggies. You will also need to add at least another 16 oz of water everyday, preferably more.

Hello All.

Thank you for taking the time to review my menu. I do need some ideas about spreading my veggies out, oh and I do drink more then that in a day, I just didnt put it on there cause I was just giving you guys my menu, but somthing was brought to my attention about the water, i didnt know you were supposed to drink (in addition to the eight 8oz glasses) 8 oz. for every 25 bls you want to lose. Why is that?

My meat loaf, normally I use about three lbs. ground beef (chuck) and one egg, with any veggies, normally bell peppers and sometimes hot peppers. If I want some bulk, im gonna try and put pulsed pork rinds (plain). Either way I would assume is good. But I will let you know when I try it.

Bye for now.

I put the pork rinds in mine. Gives it a bacon like flavor. I like it.
