| Yep, today is Day 14! It's been a squeaky clean two weeks. I've worked out every day except 2. (last time, I didn't really start working out consistently at all....) Unlike last time, i have consumed at least 120 fluid oz of water daily (and have a new relationship with my toilet!). I've taken supplements every day, also - again, a new thing. I am NOT going to weigh tomorrow. Last time, i weighed, oh, 5 x a day, just out of curiosity. This time, I haven't weighed once. I think I'm going to wait until at least a month. (I have no problem with weighing constantly, I just happen not to WANT to know how much I weigh!) I was SOOO disgusted with myself for gaining everything back that I want to give myself time.... I will measure, though, and I will post the results tomorrow morning. I have to say, i have felt absolutely fantastic since the end of Day 1. no induction flu. No exhaustion. VERY few cravings. The great part about the second time around is that I know how my body reacts to ketosis, I know what I can and cannot eat, so I'm not constantly running to the book, and I know it WORKS! I keep saying this, because it's true: I have tried to restart several time. I am succeeding this time because of this board. And all of the Second TImers. LOVE you guys!

| woo hoo for you!!! SO are you moving to OWL or doing an extended induction. If you aren't sure which you should do check out chapter 12 and 13 of your DANDR and answer the questions in chapter 13. Based on thoise answers you will know which is best for you.

| I'm going to stay on Extended Induction. I may start to play with eating more veggies, but I won't commit myself! Basically, I don't miss much of the foods on the OWL rungs, so I'm in no hurry. Until and unless the menu choices get boring, I'll probably be on EI for awhile. There's no hurry!

| You are doing GREAT! I too lost weight the last time I did this [approx. 15lbs] and then I gained it all back + 5 more lbs. This time I am totally determined. I know that LOOKING good is going to be way better than what I would say TASTES good. Keep up the good work! And this time when you lose all your weight, you will keep it off by just maintaining! It will be a weight loss for life [which is what I want to achieve as well]
