| Great thread Terry! Why the **** are we doing this anyway? My main motivation is to reduce the physical pain I've had for too many years. Of less importance but still significant I want to feel better about myself, be teased less, and get back to a better social life like I used to have. When you're overweight and in pain all the time these things don't just happen magically.

| so i can go into a store and know without a doubt that i can fit into their clothes! not squeeze into the large or extra large..but to actually fit nicely into things! so i can look in the mirror and LOVE what i see! so i can be comfortable in my own skin!

| To be able to buy wonderful clothes and look fantastic in them. To be skinny again. To make my husband drool. To feel beautiful. The stuff about health and energy, etc? For me they are bonuses. I enjoy them a lot. But they aren't why I'm wanting to lose weight!!!!

| ALL great reasons for succeeding in our quests!! I have to admit Finelly, when I had lost before and one day put on a new outfit that accentuated my curves ................ that we had not really seen in awhile The look he gave me when I walked in the room was priceless. (Nice clothes........ especially a great bra LOL can do wonders) THAT is what I want to feel again! |
