| I haven't made it before, but my mother-in-law swears by it. She says it tastes great with a little pasta sauce over it. Hopefully someone will come by with the actual method for cooking it.

| Easy Easy Easy! I cut the squash in half length wise and scoop out the seeds. Put a little water in the hole and cover with a paper towel, put it in the microwave on a plate for 7-8 minutes depending on how big it is and voila! Drain the water and scoop out the strings with a fork. Yummy!!! |

| Do a search for spagetti squash, there have been many suggestions in the past. |

| I LOVE SPAGHETTI SQUASH! The first one I bought said to just puncture it several times and microwave, so that is how I've done it. I have also seen instructions on them since to cut it in half and nuke. I think I will be cutting it in half and nuking it from now on. The last one I had was kind of large. I don't think I punctured it enough and it exploded in the microwave. You should have heard the blast! I'm surprised I still have a door on my microwave! But I still LOVE the stuff! I like it plain, with a little butter and salt and pepper. Or with a little shrimp or chicken and an alfredo or cream sauce. YUM!

| I have had spaghetti squash with sauce for the last couple days! MMMM... I cut it in 1/2 long ways, scoop out the seeds, put the 1/2's cut side down in a large pan and bake til you can poke a fork through it. Pull it out of the oven and use a fork to shred the squash out of the shell. I also added some ricotta cheese last night with the sauce. YUM that was good! |

| I did it Terry's way. It turned out PERFECT!!! I was able to scoop out ALL of the strings! DH really loved it, too. I used low carb spaghetti sauce and mixed ground burger in it. YUM! I think I know what I'm having for dinner tonight!

| I have never used it as a replacement for sauce. Usually have just butter S&P and maybe some parmesean or cheese sauce. Ill have to try it italian style next time. I could easliy over do with it though because I love it so much. |
