| Meat. Eating meat will guarantee that I don't lose anything. I ONLY lose on days after I've eaten only dairy and eggs. Which is why I'm not losing right now, I suspect.....

| I haven't really discovered any stalls yet. Hmmmm....something to ponder. I know there are things I have to be careful with because I will overeat them for no reason at all (cream cheese).

| Im not really sure but I do know that WW low carb bars and South beach bars....stalls me.....learn my lesson on this the hard way.....But foods that are good for induction....not really sure....

| I learned last time that if I start picking, a bite here and a bite there of things I shouldnt be eating I will stall immediately. Other than that frankenfoods will do it every time and an excess of cream cheese/sour cream. |

| Since I lose so dang slow, it's hard to tell. I know that if I make a recipe that has cream cheese or sour cream in it, the scales move in a bad direction. That doesn't mean I can't have them, I just can't have MUCH of them. I have to limit those to no more than once a week. Olives... I LOVE black olives! But they are a trigger for me. I'll put the maximum allowed on a salad, but if I know the rest of the can is in the fridge, I'll finish them. Can't wait to hear more!

| I think heavy cream will definitely stall me,and it's also a trigger food.I was so pissed because on the carton it says Zero carbs but when I put it in on fitday it had a gazillion carbs.what's up with that?

| Hmmmm... Donuts.. definitley donuts... and ice cream... cant have that anymore.. no spagetti either.. For reals? Havent found any stall foods yet, cause I dont weigh myself but once a month, but I know that if I have heavy cream (except to lighten coffee), I want a LOT MORE cream... and I had mushrooms on my salad yesterday, and spent the whole day craving sweets, and that was the only thing different I did, dunno if it was higher carb count in them or what... and pickles make me crave chocolate, which is psychologically related to my roomates in college, I know, but I cant seem to break it. |

| So far, nothing stalls me - but I'm one whose scale doesn't move that often either. Up until this week, my scale only moved 1 week out of 4 and next week was my scheduled scale moving week. Well my body pulled a fast one on me and dropped two pounds this week, which is fine, as long as it still gives me my scheduled loss next week...... otherwise, we're gonna have words I tell ya!! The few items I eat on a regular basis don't seem to adversely affect me, so I haven't given anything up. I do know now not to eat too much watermelon though (gas and upset tummy!) |
