The B-Complex is 'water soluble' excess goes out with the water.Vitamins are dissolved in the foods we eat and are classified according to the material in which they are dissolved. Fat-soluble vitamins, because of their chemical structure, are dissolved in fats, and water-soluble vitamins are dissolved in non-fat portions of our foods 'water'. BJ Webb |

| As a warning, an excess of water soluble vitamins is mostly eliminated in water passing through your body. Oil soluble vitamins on the other hand are stored and can cause serious damage to your body if used in excess. BJ Webb |
