Day one and I have had a Atkins friendly BF!

Can I join you for the next 14 days? I really am excited this time! Last time I lost like 10lbs on reinduction. the 1st was like 14 lbs! but I have faith that if I up my intake of water I will loose at least 10lbs

Desertthorn~ I actually will be going to extended induction but the 1st 2 weeks are such a killer! Yeah!!

Gala~ this is my 3rd time too! I had some issues and had to get those out of the way (if you are interested they are in my journal).

So far I have had a Atkins BF & lunch and I have a salad for a snack later on. I have drank 40oz of water so I have to hurry on that...I just hate getting up from my desk so much! but I will do it! how are youre days going?

My bottle of water is a must-have both on my desk and in my bag. While working, travelling or just typing on the pc, I am always gulping 132oz today!!!
