| Welllllll, it's not induction friendly. 2 ounces of unsweetened cranberry juice has 8.03 grams of carbs. You should wait until you get to the fruits rung to have this. |

Hmmmmm...I checked the label today and it has way too many carbs and sugar so I am giving it up till the fruit rung. I always tyy to combine diets and I need to just stick with one and do it right!
