| Mmmm fried chicken! Here is what I ended up doing - whisked an egg white with Italian seasonings (the McCormick kind) and then I melted a little butter and added that in there and mixed well. Flattened the chicken breasts, dredged in the egg mix then in parm cheese and then pan fried flipping until done. Then I put it in the toaster oven with the sauce and mozzarella on top to broil - it was SO good!

| Wow! I love this thread! This is so much fun - and keeping my mind off the cravings! The last time I was on Atkins, I remember being on ketosis and I could tell right away when something I ate had sugar in it. I would always feel nauseous. I never wanted any carbs at all. Can't wait for that to happen again this time!
