Great Summer Challenge

If you've not joined one, this one would be a great place to enter in! I want to encourage you all to jump on board, it helps to have something to work towards and you will see yourself melting away!!!!! It requires weekly check ins, a beginning picture, and weight and measurments....and then at Labor Day you probably do the same and see the transformation....which will empower you all the more! So come on, head over to the challenges forum and jump on board!!!

For those who haven't already, jump on board! We can all do this together! Stumbling off plan will be near impossible with all the support there!
