| Mornin Everyone Great Job Sandy....and everyone else in this group. We are all doing well! Not too big of a day today, gotta get out and water my plants this morning before it gets too hot...I think I can hear them wilting as I type...sheesh. Ptobably hit the mall today with my daughter. Get some walking in. I made stuffed green peppers last night. They were good. Haven't had them in years. Problem is I think I ate dinner way to late last night. You know it was one of those days that you don't get a chance to eat until late, then its bedtime...Not Good! My eldest daughter had a laundry incident yesterday. A ballpoint pen accidently got missed when she put a load of clothes in the dryer and boom it exploded with ink everywhere in the dryer and on that load of clothes... .So, she came to mom's house to do the rest of her laundry. Her and her fiance are going camping today and she needed to get it done. Anyone else ever done that? Well, its a mess but there are suggestions on the internet as to how to get it off. They will tackle that when they return. Stay Legal everyone. Talk to ya'll on the weekend.

| Good Morning Everyone! I havn't posted here in a while but check in to see how everyone is doing each day. I'm still going strong, 48 cheat free days and am in Owl rung 3. Cleansed from caffeine, and am feeling really energized and focused. Sheepie, I was reading about your cheese fondue. You may want to try arrowroot powder to thicken it up. I love using arrowroot for thickening up sauces and gravies. Looks as though everyone is positive and doing great. Wishing all of you a wonderful and safe friday!

| Good Morning Everyone Sandy thanks for getting the roll call started this morning. I am really inspired by you and how you are overcoming life's every day obstacles that get thrown at us. Good for you for staying strong and resisiting the temptation. It is hard, but you did it! Sweet Strudel...I giggled when I was reading your post remembering how my daughter would leave little presents of crayons in her clothing and we would wash and dry them. We also had a couple pens in our past too! Sheepie...you got me thinking about fondue, I think I see it in my future too! Tachie....congratulations 1 day down...you go ! Got my treadmilling in this morning! Yahoo! this is the longest I have ever stayed with it doing it every day. You guys are motivating me so much thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! | Getting here late today. Hello Deb, and everyone! Need to pick up dh from airport and then we will get working on the yard and it's 91 degrees here today. We will be doing some landscaping too. So we will go to the nursery, that I hope will have some sales going on with their plants. I know Lowe's have marked theirs down already if anyone is interested..lol Well, have a nice day folks. |

| I forgot to check in this morning. Well, I didn't really "forget", but every time I remembered, I wasn't near the computer. Been a hectic day today. Overtime. Extra money. Something we all could use. But I really have to show my work on overtime days, so I wanted to get as much in as possible as fast as possible so I could slow down when my body/mind started to slow down this afternoon. Don't want to fall asleep on the highway. ![]() Just wanted to check in. Food intake is on track, water intake is on track...exercise...well, needs work. But I'll get there...I'll get there. I always do, I'm just not very speedy and right now, too tired to be motivated. |
