| Well, I think I'm ready. I have everything cooked and ready to pack up for work tomorrow. I made a cheeseburger quiche and some tuna muffins. I also fixed some pork chops, baked some chicken, and made some individual salads. I'll have to get up in the morning (earlier) to make some bacon and eggs. I was going to eat pepperoni as a snack but decided to stick with chicken, tuna, and pork chops (for now). I want to see how I do this first week. Good luck to everyone who just started!

| Good for you Catrenia! It sounds like you have worked at being prepared, and being prepared can make all the difference in the world. Remember to jump on the computer and cry for help when (notice not if) you get tempted. Have legal snacks and lots of water available always. |

| Welcome Catrenia. Not sure if u have found Fitday.com but if you havent, its a great site for planning and calculating your menus. I use it alot right now as Im heading into my 11 day of Induction. Try and keep your Fat, Carb, Protein percentages as close to 65, 5, 30 as possible. Have you taken your measurements? If not, get your tape measure tomorrow, no excuses. This is gonna be a great motivator for you. Keep water with you at all times if possible and make sure and drink the amount stated in the book. Tomorrow is a big day for you, you will succeed at this and each day gets easier and easier. Post here frequently so we know how you are doing. We want to hear about your journey. Congratulations to you.
