| I would guess it's the back and forth with the low carb and the higher carb foods. Your body says, "pick one or the other buddy, but you're killing me here..." I've had diaherrea too. How about picking up some Immodium caplets...if the sugar content is low...or another anti diaherrea Over the counter med... It will pass....Maybe it's the taco bell catching up with you! (smile)

| Eggs did it to me if i ate them during the first few days on my second time around, fine now, as Jess said, prolly my body saying GET A GRIP!

| I had diarrhea the first time I did Atkins and as soon as I added some more veggies to my diet it went away. Basically I had plenty of protein but not enough of my carbs a day. When I cut carbs, I went overboard...lol.
