| You've definitely found the right place to get motivation and encouragement. Don't forget to take your measurements so after the two weeks you'll be able to see your body shrinking. Don't put as much emphasis on the weight as the inches. The inches are what people will see. You will get a burst in energy as well as meet and make friends with the greatest people who will always be here to support you as you meet your goal. Make a committment to yourself to do this for a month. Do it right and exercise and drink lots of water. You can do it, we are all here to cheer you on and give you lots of encouragement. Do it, don't let any excuses take away your dream of losing weight and getting healthy. Welcome to the board. Get active and post often. Join challenges, journal and make lots of friends.

| Today marks 3 whole days of induction! I can't belive I'm doing it! I'm just not thinking about it. I'm planning my meals and sticking to the plan. I feel quite proud of myself |

| Good luck to you...I'm in the same boat sort of, I'm a newbie here but not to Atkins...I eat healthy..work out at least 4-5 days a week and not 1 pound lost!! I was told I wasn't eating enough for all the the working out I'm doing. Started at fitday.com this week it's free. I'm listing everthing I eat plus writing in there online journal.I still haven't gotten past 1300 calories but I'm trying.I so want to see results for all the hard work.So good luck to you maybe your calories are also to low like mine! 47 -5'8 CW 151 -->>> GW 138 Char |

| Hi Char Keep up the good work! Have you checked out ifit.com? I don't know if you work out at home but there are some great tips and even free workout videos on this site. Check it out! Hey are goals are similiar we should PM to keep ourselves motivated! |
