| Wonderful, wonderful post! And I love that you called it the first quarter review! I also started at the beginning of January and I'm also 30 lbs down. What a wonderful first quarter we have had! You said "I think one good thing leads to the next. It is not a coincidence, we make these things happen." I totally agree with you and I love that philosophy.
