| Looks like everyone is having a busy weekend. I am here. On plan. Took the kids to the movies last night to see "Happening" kinda a weard movie but hey Mark Whalburg was in it so that was cool. So I resisted the popcorn and took a Atkins bar with just in case the candy was calling me. So I was fine and made it though. The scale is starting to move just a tiny bit, I have not been to the gym in 2 days but will go tomorrow. I expect I will be back up once I go with the muscle/water thing. So what ever as long as I am loseing some thing who cares. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Robin

| Good idea taking the Atkins bar to the movie. Sometimes I'll go out to eat before so I'm too full to buy "junk", or just chew a piece of gum, but that popcorn really calls to me!

| Hey all! Happy moving, Tomorrow! tacfla---good job resisting the popcorn! Another suggestion is if you like pork rinds (they're kind of thing you have to really like), add a packet of splenda and a shake or two of cinnamon to a small baggie of pork rinds...shake well. It's a great smuggle, I mean, snack for the movies! Home from camping. TONS of laundry. Stayed spot on with woe and exercise! It was the best time we had yet this summer. Planning ahead and making those oopsie rolls were a life saver!! Have a great rest tonight! Play hard tomorrow!

| I'm here - a newbie. Got back from camping Friday night and saw the Hulk on Saturday. Really got into the program this weekend - feeling and doing better. Glenn

| Good evening all! I'm on holiday and happy to be resting from work! Yesterday we took a 10 hour flight and instead of just being unhappy about the terrible food I took my own meal! I brought celery sticks, cheese and cold chicken and it was the best meal I've ever had on a flight! Hope everyone is having a great day! |
