| Hi all, I haven't been logging in here everyday as I should because I joined a 6WEC and haven't had time for both, but I'm still legal and lost 2 pounds this week. And I'm enjoying the exercise a lot. Swimming is my favorite. Hope you all have a nice holiday! |

| Happy 4th to all those celebrating Independence in the US! Belated happy Independence day to all our Canada folks (I think that was 2 days ago). C25K Week 4 day 3 donel. Breakfast of steak, eggs, and mushrooms enjoyed. Just hanging out for the rest of the morning until we head over to a family bbq. Hope everyone has a great day! Play hard this weekend!

| HI Everyone.. heading to my bils around 5.. I fixed Yellow squash and onions and I know we will have ribs and brisket and barbecue chicken.. YUM.. I too am leaving for the beach for a week.. Actually leaving in the morning...and then I will be home for 1 night and will be gone a weekend after that...lol |

| ADBB Newbie, checkin' in. Day 4 of Induction. Went to a buffet today for lunch with my 86 year old dad. I was SO good, and confident in my choice - baked chicken, sirloin steak, romaine salad w/ ranch, pepperoni, parmesan, & black olives... and for dessert -- coffee w/ cream & splenda. I felt righteous and smug! hahahaha Day 4 = 4 pounds

| Happy 4th to you all. Hope your enjoying your day. All is well here. Still on induction weight is coming off so slowly I would say about 1 to 2 lbs every 2 weeks. I guess my body just wants to hold on to whats left. Thats ok some loss is better than a gain. Already had our BBQ had ribs with bbq sauce I found that was sweetend with splenda. So I was happy about that later we will go see fire works then this holiday will be over. Have a good one Robin

| Good day here in VT. The weather is incredible! Fun at the parade with the grandkids. Lots of fresh air & sunshine~~~we'll all sleep well tonight! Food & H20 are good today!
