I as well. Now's the time to step up to the plate and do something about it. The 1st 3 days are the hardest, after that it gets real easy. Stay focused and stay true to yourself. God Bless, Joe

The first time around, I lost the weight so fast. I started in 16s or 18s and I got down to 14s. I went and bought all new clothes in size 14. Well, I probably wasn't a size 14 for a whole month. Flew right by that number and got comfortable in 10/12. Today hasn't been bad. Since I quit smoking, I got real used to munching all day. SF gum, SF candy, SF popsicles, etc. Now, I'm trying to use water instead of munching. I've had at least 86 oz of water today. I'm lucky 'cause I love water!!!

Talking about sizes, ladies... I might need your help. I have NO idea about my sizes. How do I do to know them? I'm clueless.

No, I'm from Canada. But I never look at sizes. All I know is S, M, L, Xl, XXL, XXXL, etc. When you are saying:"Im a 14 size but I was 20" I don't understand. I don't know what size I am.

OK, I don't know how it goes in Canada but I'm sure someone around here does. Where I live, in Florida, I wear a Large which is 12-14. An Xtra Large is 16-18. Etc. Does that make sense? And these number sizes are not consistent. I can wear 10 in some things, 12 in most, and 14s.

yeah, the comps are rough and different depending on where you go, but I'd say in the US, an XS is size 0-2/4, a S size 4-6/8, a M size 8-10/11, a L size 11-14, and XL sizes 14-18. I overlapped some on purpose, it all depends on the brand.
