| OK, don't beat yourself up, just start fresh tomorrow as a new day. It'll be OK.

| Yeah, it's too late to do anything about it now. I'm just sitting here reading through posts/threads. (I've read all my library books--that's when I spend too much time on the computer.) But you know, cream cheese is a miracle food. There is just so much that you can do with cream cheese. Good grief. Look at how many low carb recipes call for cream cheese. I looooove it!!!!! I still can't get over the jalepeno poppers and I can't wait to try the cream cheese muffins tomorrow!!! |

| It's smart to realize what triggers things, keep that in your mind. Cream Cheese can be a friend or a foe, you decide.

| Hey, Jess. My DANDR is packed as I'm moving to North Georgia on July 26. Yaaaaaayyyy! Anyway, it IS 4 ounces of cheese a day and that includes cream cheese. Is that right? Also, where does sour cream fit into the dairy picture? Thanks, Kelly |
