| Present but not fully awake yet. I slept in which doesn't happen often. DH already has most of the house chores done!! Not sure what the plan of the day is other than getting some exercise~~~I'll figure it out after a cup of coffee! Have a wonderful low carb day. Remember to be good to yourself!

| Happy Sunday! I had a really good time at the picnic yesterday. I left the company 3 years ago this month - it was really strange and fun to see the people I had worked with. The kids were exhausted, which made for a pleasant evening Today hubby is taking our 2 year old to see "Space Chimps" and I am taking our 4 year old to see "Journey to the Center of the Earth" in 3D - How fun! Sebastian comes home in less than 2 weeks - yiippppppppppeeeeeeeeeeee! Have a super fun day all!

| I am new here; but thought I would jump in and say a quick "Hi! from England." Been a rough couple of days and took two steps backwards. I had been doing great until my bday on Thursday and the gang at work surprised me with breakfast. All of it high carb...I had a couple of eggs at home prior to this so I thought, foolishly, that a "couple" of bites can't hurt??!!! Here it is Sunday and I am pulling myself up out of the "CARB pit of doom" said in scary voice over. I don't know who it is here that uses this in their signature; but it is sooooo true---an alcoholic would never say one drink won't hurt.... Why did I think one bite wouldn't hurt. Hope I have learned my lesson. On to better things, as a family we have been quite active this week-biking, hiking, playing catch. My kiddo caught the rock climbing bug and passed her certification class for the local climbing wall. Now she wants to get me up there with her! So I made a deal with her-- meet my 10% goal and I will go through the class as well. I now have the carb police, dd, watching my every bite! It will do me good. TTFN! |

| hi all! still on track. I'm supposed to go for breakfast, which to me is the easiest meal out, but it's looking like it'll be lunch, which I hope won't be a problem. stupid social life anyway. tomorrow's the end of induction weigh in, and I'm nervous.

| good morning! feeling good today. i didn't eat enough yesterday i think, and already my tummy is grumbling. tomorrow will be my 2 week mark of a clean induction. yay. slowly but surely. have a great day! |

| Good morning all! I am new here also, and this will be my first time posting for the roll call. I have managed pretty well so far. I went back on atkins 4 days ago and have not given in to temptation yet. Yesterday was full of temptations as we went to Costco and the girls just had to have frozen yogurt, and then my husband, Michael had to stop and get a doughnut. I was upset about the doughnut, he just wasn't thinking about me and my diet. My muscles are sore from all the yard work I did yesterday. Today will be full of activity also, as we will be taking the kids (3 girls) to the pool and I will take one of the girls out for a bike ride later this evening. Also, today I started to keep track of my foods on fitday.com. Best wishes to all of you! |
