I don't know what to name this??

This is day 2 and I've lost 3 lbs.
Its been a long time since I've done induction, and I feel that I am eating too much and too much fat.
My last induction I lost after 2 weeks 15 pounds. I hope to lose the same amount, or more.
I'm forcing myself to eat, I haven't got my stixs again, but I have the ketosis feeling that I'm familiar with.
To be honest, I'm feeling totally down today because I'm only part way through, I gained 15 pounds back by going off this wol. I feel obsessed with losing my weight, and this is all I can think about.
