Today is my last day of work at my old job. I'm packing some veggies to take with me, eating some cold sausage for breakfast. We're having hamburgers for dinner, I know. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning! It's official that we're moving to Florida....in 2 weeks!!! I'll continue to be scarce as we pack up and move, but I'll try to check in from time to time. |

I have NO idea where this month went. and I woke up feeling anxious this morning, which I REALLY, REALLY hate. hope you all have a great thursday!

Morning all. I feel much better today than yesterday, so hopefully it was just a bad day  Weight loss has started again, so I think I was right that I need to be a little more vigilant about the amount of artificial sweeteners I have in a day.

Hi all. Today is my weigh day and I'm down another 1.5 pounds, which is great and I was surprised by it because I didn't feel as though I had lost at all. That's 19.5 pounds that I don't ever want to see again. LOL I hope all of you are having a great day too!

Day 7 of (re-)doing induction, and I feel great. The scale says I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday, and that's with a belly full of breakfast. Some of it is probably water, but I'm hoping at least a tiny bit is fat. My awesome boyfriend made scrambled eggs with a bit of salsa for me this morning, and I just had a bun-less burger and salad for lunch. I'd forgotten how full I feel when I eat this way - I hardly ever snack and sometimes have to remind myself to eat! Much preferable to my stint with low-calorie, where I was hungry all the time and food consumed my thoughts. |
