| Welcome back!!!!!! I agree with you about how great it feels to finally kick the carbs to the curb. I personally use One-a-Day for men because it doesn't have iron, which Dr. Atkins recommends. I'm not sure if the One-a-Day for women is similar, but definitely get something without iron. One of my friends uses Centrum Silver and she is aware of the iron recommendation. Maybe that will work?

| You are doing awesome! Centrum Silver is fine, and look when you are in the stores, most stores have their own 'version' of the name brand vitamins, that will save you a little money. And ditto to the 'no iron.' No supplemental iron unless blood work says you are low, too much iron is bad for the heart. Pats on the back for both of you!
