| Hey Kelly great job there! All that food is hard to resist, but you will really feel empowered when you make it through. Stay on top of it, drink alot of water to avoid sudden hunger, and eat a bit a head of time to avoid true hunger. You can hold off temptation when you are really not hungry, tired or stressed.....(gee imagine being all that)... I think you know what I am saying. Stay strong, rested, and ahead of your triggers!
