| Good morning! Although I think I over-consumed broccoli yesterday (I will never touch that food again!), I am so excited! I broke my plateau! Down one more pound and only 26 more to go! Also, this week was the first week I have stuck to my workout plan 100%. Maybe I'll get off work early and go see a movie to reward myself Have a great weekend everybody!

| Hi all!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful on-plan day!! Tried Oopsie Rolls for the first time every this week and they were absolutely delicious Also started back exercising this past week with 30 minutes on the treadmill on Monday, all at healthy fat burning heart rate, which was great! HOWEVER .... Wednesday was mine and my twin sister's birthday .... We stayed ON-plan all day, BUT, as we were getting ready to head to my parents for dinner, I took a dive off of some curbing in 2" heels and BADLY injured my left foot .... which means at least in the short run, NO GYM ![]() I've been told it's not broken, just a very nasty sprain, and they sent me off with crutches and a foot brace. How disheartening Has anyone else had any nasty injuries after starting this WOE ... what did you do to compensate for the lack of exercise and to stay healthy? |

| Well, last time I did this I actually broke a couple toes a week after starting but I just ran through it. The ankle would be a lot harder. Maybe a rowing machine if you could rest the one leg? I've had a pretty lousy day so far. I was in YET ANOTHER car accident this morning. 5 car pileup. Luckily I was near the front so no real damage to the car, but my back and neck feel like I was worked over with a rubber hose. That's my 3rd accident in 6 months, none of them my fault. My weight has plateaud again for a couple days as well. I'm certainly finding it harder this time around. One thing I'm really noticing is that I'm NEVER hungry anymore. And if I get a little hungry, a small snack and I'm good to go. I worry sometimes I'm not eating enough, never mind eating too much.

| Hello everyone, and Happy Friday! My favorite day of the week. I was down another half a pound this morning, woohoo! However, today I realized that I've gotten into two bad habits this time around: weighing myself every day, and caffeine! I think the weighing thing stems from a need for reassurance that this WOE does, in fact, work and that I can still lose even though I missed my One Golden Shot (if that theory is to be believed). I've made a vow not to weigh myself at all this weekend, at least not until Tuesday, and I'm gonna stick to it! The caffeine thing is new, and wasn't even a part of my daily routine before re-starting Atkins. I don't know where it came from, other than the fact that I like the taste of coffee and I also enjoy the caffeine buzz a LOT. This habit needs to go, too. I think I'm going to limit myself to one cup of tea this weekend and detox. I hope everyone has a great weekend and may many whooshies come your way! |

| right on, you exercisers! I've been SO exhausted lately, like falling asleep after work, then going to bed earlier than usual and having trouble getting up in the morning. so this week has been a wash, exercise-wise.
