| Doing fine here, about to go do some Pilates, which is pretty new for me. Busy day planned, but know what I am going to eat and when! Fine Sunday to all!

| good morning! it's my nephew's birthday today. I'm going to bring a whooshie pie, and a legal cheesecake. two of my sisters are on atkins too, so not only will we have something that isn't full of sugary bbq sauce, but a treat as well. I thought some pre-made plain hamburger patties might be nice to have around. then I found out that almost ALL of them have wheat crumbs! so, being lazy just isn't in the cards yet. LOL! hope you're all having a great day!

| Checking in for the first time in a very long time. Back on Atkins and feeling stronger than ever. It will be 3 weeks on Tuesday since I started back and have lost 17 pounds. I have been riding my bike and walking a mile a day. I've gotten past the sugar withdrawals and am in total Ketosis. Drinking lots of water. Hope all is well with everyone else. |
