| have you been measuring yourself? my weight is coming off slooooowly, but I'm consistently losing inches.

| I will just say up front I am anti=scale. Your clothes will continue to give you alot of feedback. My clothing shows weightloss and my scales often show weightloss, but some times they just get stuck, and my clothing still gets smaller and smaller. Scales really bother me, as I exercise alot and have build up a lot of muscle or am retaining water from over training...so all that hard work does not reflect on the numbers between my toes, but those clothes they just keep getting looser and looser....So, I just totally quit the scales and relaxed with the awareness my body was continuing to change.
