| Hey Rachel welcome back.....your story sounds like your body responds very very well to Atkins and low carb living. Mine too! I have been on a two year journey of loosing and now keeping the weight off in light of living a very active lifestyle.... You can do this, it's great!

| Welcome back to the LC lifestyle. Your pictures look great and really not that much to lose to get back to your low weight. Hoping induction helps you get there quickly and then you reach your goal weight quickly. I hear you about the artificial sweetners. I can eat sweet n low. And very little of anything else because if I eat too much it gets to me (how's that for portion control). I though have never tried stevia in anything and you should make your way over to recipes and post some. I'm always open to trying something new. |
