| Yeah! Doesn't it feel gooooood! I use pants as my "scales" I measure with things that don't fit, and watch the dramatic changes that happen over the course of a few weeks. I have a pair of Eddie Bauer shorts I wore in May and then I gained a bunch of weight, now I put them on every morning and slowly but surely they are getting looser and looser. I find that the greatest motivation of alllllll Welcome and good luck

| My scale broke and I think it might be a good thing. It will keep me from obsessing for a while. I'm actually afraid to buy a new one in case it weighs heavier than the old one did. I'm going by measurements to track my progress until I get a new scale. And I'm slowly losing a half inch here and there. So I'm good.
