Default Six Weeks today

And still at the same weight. Durn Scale!!! I know, I know, I should go by the way my clothes fit and all that.

I'd just like that motivation that comes from the scale going DOWN!!!

I lost seven pounds in the two weeks on induction and in the past four weeks it hasn't moved AT ALL!

I do the ketostix and I know I'm in purple. I have been purple every day since induction.

I drink a minimum of a half gallon of water a day. I'm under 20 grams/day. I'm keeping a food journal--although it's not online--it's a spiral bound notebook.

Last weekend I bought a pair of pants and when I tried them on, they were a little tight. I bought a big shirt to wear over top of them. When I finally got around to wearing them, yesterday, they were literally falling off of me. The butt looked like someone had moved out. Huge! Almost unattractively baggy.

And still the scale refuses to budge.

I know, I know, this board is full of posts that mirror this one. Just had to let it out!

Bottom line! My twentieth high school reunion is this weekend and I look GREAT.. I feel great!

Glad you got it off your chest, and glad you are SEEING RESULTS SOMEWHERE.
Scales can be tricky little things. Thank goodness there are the clothes, the sticks and that measuring tape. Don't loose heart, keep your eyes on the new lifestyle of control you are also earning here!

Same here, been scale stuck last several days but I can see that I am narrower. I have aprons I wear while working my floral dept, they were basically the same width as me (at the hip). Now they curve around the sides!

You are doing nicely, keep it up!

Same here, my pajama pants have been a lot longer than normal (husband said I am losing my butt). The scale not budging where as my guy friend that is doing this.

Keep your chin up, that is great about your pants!

Hey there! I started the induction process on the 28th of July, so here we are into August (almost 1 month,) and I too am in your shoes. I lost from 191.5 to 184.5 the first 2 weeks, now the SCALE HASN"T MOVED. VERY discouraging. But, I think if we keep to it, we will start to see the weight coming off again.
Good luck!
Sue

I know there are millions of posts on this bulletin board about this very same subject but I just want the scale to MOVE!!!

I only weigh once a week and Tuesday seems so far away.
