| I don't eat a great deal of cheese, and I usually have a breakfast meat with my eggs, though not always. Other than that, your menu is not far off from what I eat, and it looks like you are on track. So far it doesn't look like you need to change anything, I would say!

| thanks! I did just have some pork rinds to take care of the "munchies" I completely have forgotten to add them in! So that adds a few more calories to my day.
