| Perhaps your delayed weight-loss is due to the fact you JUST had a baby 11 weeks ago (congrats!!!) and your body is still re-adjusting to things. 11 weeks is probably not enough time for your body to recover from such a huge thing! I would say continue what you are doing - perhaps add a little walking in and I am sure you will start loosing the weight soon! Congrats on your baby!!!

| I def will keep it going!! My boyfriend does this WOE also so I have a live-in Atkin's partner that keeps me outta trouble ahaha...but I just figured 11weeks was long enough to start Atkin's again and see some results....esp because I gained 50 extra pounds during pregnancy (from me going CARB CRAZY!!!) and also my girlfriends who just had babies shed all kinds of weight a few months after and did nothing special....so it was a lil discouraging but I know this is my WOE forever so I'm in it for the long haul.... here's to *hoping for a whoosh soon*!!!!

| Ok, do you have more energy? Has your appetite been somewhat surpressed. Did you take your measurements and remeasure? Are you drinking alot of water? Have you started to get active and exercise. If so, then just find your groove and soon the weight will come off. Alot of us have been on and off Atkins and if you get settled in firmly with a lifestyle mentality, you will eventually see the changes. Alot of people's bodies reflect a slowness to get to the results end of things.
