| Kudos to the exercisers! Kudos to the quitting smokers, yay! Kudos to those who get up, eat right and drink their water, YOOHOO! I am so nice and relaxed. I made it to the gym, 30 minutes on the elliptical, (turns my legs to jelly) and 30 minutes swimming which was fabulous. I love to swim. Treated myself to the whirlpool, now home feeling very .. and very clean. Hungry, though, gotta go eat!

| I had a non-scale victory today! I tried on some size 14 capris that I had from a couple of years ago and I could actually zip them! Now, they were tight enough in the butt that I wouldn't wear them, but when I started this WOE early in July I couldn't even get the two sides together to button them, let alone get them zipped! Hurray!
