| Myself and my eldest daughter had a scramble about part of our rocky coastline this afternoon, hopefully the excercise shifted something. I noticed my energy level's were a lot higher......must be a good sign. Took her into the ice cream shop on the way home, with it being such a warm sort off day.......26 different flavour's........did they look good or what!........and every single one was screaming at me ..........but not loud enough for me to pay to much attention Have a good weekend peep's

| Mornin all. Just came in from my morning walk... it's HOT outside, so I'm really tired, lol. I now know that even a little bit of cheddar cheese will slow ketosis for me. I ate some cheese day before yesterday, then yesterday my ketostick was pink, not its normal purple. So, yesterday I decided to eat exactly what I'd eaten the day before but without the cheese, and voila, I'm back to a lovely purple stick this morning. Tomorrow morning is my weekly weigh-in. Funny thing, I'm always really wanting to see what it is, but half-scared all at the same time. LOL!! Have a great day ya'll! GBM

| The scale this morning showed another loss. Down 2 pounds so I got to update my signature this morning. And the ketosticks were next to the darkest color! So a great Saturday so far! |

| Good Saturday here, the elliptical machines were all full at the gym, so I had to settle for a cycle, 50 minutes on the cycle and 30 in the pool. I am well worked out. The hot tub was not hot.. so I couldn't use it, but I think that was a good thing, when I use the hot tub after I work out I am so relaxed after I get home I don't want to do a thing. We have a hot tub here at the house, so I think I will just use ours tonight. The reason for the hot tub is to help with soreness. Hey all you who saw losses this week, good job!

| Really tired for some reason today so I napped most of the day away. Got my suppliment order today and was really mad that I spend good money on CARBS that I am trying to avoid. If anyone is reading my input I would like your input. Acetyl L-Carnitine ~ has Rice Powder in it Co-Q10 ~ has Rice bran oil in it. WTF! I love rice.. can eat it until I burst and is something I am looking forward to having in LM but not now... Like I stated if anyone is really reading my in put and you know; could you please tell me what you think? Other than that I am doing really well my face is cleared up and thinner, when I laid down today I could feel the matress on my hip bone

| Hello all! Hope your holiday weekends are going well. Alas I'm stuck at work all weekend! I've been doing pretty well so far - about a week and a half into Induction and I've lost a little over 8 pounds. It's been a little hard adjusting to livin' the low carb life again. I definitely need to figure out more snacks for when I'm at work and out 'n about!
