| Well, I just got done with 30 minutes on the elliptical. I figured if I didn't do it now, I'd be too tired after I put the kids to bed. It feels good! We all start school again tomorrow, so it's going to be challenging to get the exercise in, but I'm going to try! |

| I am doing well, gotta get my bag packed for the gym tomorrow as I am going to try going before work instead of after, .... I have to work a double shift tomorrow so there is no way I could get to the gym, and today I had essential errands. But I have miles to start racking up! Tomorrow is a happy day for me, we change uniforms to jeans and polos, and that was a major impetus in making me realize I HAD to lose weight. In the big black trousers I was wearing before I could just ignore it. Having to shop for jeans was such an eyeopener. See, I don't have a 'fat body image.' I was skinny until after having several of my kids. I have to actually look in the mirror really hard to see my true size.. or clothes shop. See I pull out things I could 'never' fit into until I try them on.. then it is truth time. But I have the cutest 18 jean skirt and the cutest 18 jeans that I can actually zip and I lost enough love handle that the polos aren't making me feel like a complete blob, so I feel pretty good about things! Sounds like most of us are doing pretty well today!

| Wow i step away for a month or so and everything changes around here...only recognize a few faces. i have been on plan...mostly. But i need to refocus because the ccheat are becoming a little more frequent and harder to walk away from. i did avoid cheating today by instead going for strawberries and cream. It really helped me to avoid cake so i bought some blueberries too. i am making a lovely meatloaf for dinner this evening. i really really need to work on toning up. Starting to look pretty good in clothes and wearing clothing i actually saved from my thin days prior to marriage. But man nekkid run for you lives!!! So my goal for this month is to get out my fitball and yoga vids as well as hit the weight bench in the garage at least 3x per week. At least one strength training activity 3x per week that is. Anywho gotta get back to the food..starting to smell delish |
