| Hi! hope you don't mind if I join the group! I first joined adbb in 2003.... I wonder what I'd look like now if I stayed with the program. Like many of you, I've retried several times with success as long as I'm being a 'good girl!' trouble is I'm a binge eater, with lots of triggers and I have to stay disciplined or my eating goes waaaaaaaay off plan well so far I've been back at it for 2 weeks and I lost 10 lbs... I'd like to keep it up, so thats why I'm here. luvmybabies- congrats on reaching the end of induction. your story of your littlest was sooo cute. it reminded me of my dd (she's 5 1/2) momtomany- glad to hear you are having a great day! sorry this was so long!

| G'day to you...what a lovely story about first day of school, LuvMBB...Good to hear about having a good day, MTM1, and Mojo's, great to hear from you, congrats on your good restart. I am having Day 1 of induction today, I've been easing into it since last Thursday. By that I mean I "had to" have my first and last watermelon and corn on the cob over the w/e...plus cocktails. Now it's time to be official about it. So here's my announcement: I'm starting Induction today. My first goal is to do a clean induction. I feel happy and confident about it. | Helloooooooooooo! Hubby took the morning off and has taken over my job as taxi driver - OMG - how nice it's been! I went to the gym, ran 3.1 miles (beat my time) and then took a Body Combat class. Training for the triathlon is going well - Tonight, I am going back to the gym and going to swim. I kinda like the two-a-day trainings - I like pushing myself to see how hard, how long and how fast I can go. I'm ready to go up Pikes Peak again, just need a pal to hit it with me! I had my hubby hide the scale for fun. I have had no problem maintaining and feel pretty confident. I just want to see what happens this week with NOT weighing in everyday.. Hope everyone has a fantastic start to their week!
