| OMG! I love when the house smells like bacon... and coffee. I am HORRIBLE at making sure my meals are sound - so I will leave any advice for that for some of the more knowledgeable members. Keep it up! You can do it!

| Why not have some eggs with that bacon Mojo? You can have another cup of salad or a serving of veggies from the other list. How about some broccoli or cabbage or cauliflower or even some pumpkin.

| Ya know I try but I still don't like eggs. I think I'll try an omellete with some green peppers and onions, Also I'm not good with veggies, I just don't know how to eat them. I want to try roasted cauliflower sometime. I usu end up eating salads and getting tired of them I didn't even get my bacon today... sigh... I ran out of time , but I did manage to exercise I'm gonna get the hang of this routine sooner or later ( hopefully sooner )

| Ya'll might get sick of me mentioning this, but cooked radishes are crazy-awesome. Radish are a 'two cup' veggie. Very low in carbs. I quarter one cup of radishes, and either fry a couple of slices of bacon or use some leftover bacon fat from the morning. Heat the fat in the skillet and add the radishes. As the radishes start to brown, add about 2 Tbsp of diced onion of for added flavor. They are done when soft enough to fork, and don't take as long as you might think. There is no 'bite' left to the radishes once cooked, just a slight sweetness that pairs with the bacony flavor.

| Another vegetable that is different sautee'd is cabbage. If you only know green cabbage as a smelly boiled vegetable, you might never think of sauteeing it, but it gets a slight sweetness and I just love it. I think I will go sautee some now! Shred and saute until just starting to lose its 'crisp.' It isn't as low carb as radish, it is a 'one cup' veggie. (You can use other oils for your saute' of course, not just bacon!)
