    Default Exercise

I was doing so good before my big move to North Georgia and now, I've let everything get in the way of exercising.

This has disappointed me in myself. I was running thirty minutes a day and walking, too.

And when I miss THAT part of the program, it's so easy to let other parts slide. Only with exercise am I doing the whole program.

So, this morning on my way to work I said to myself, "Self, you are walking this evening for an hour. NO EXCUSES."

    We'll see.

Good for you! It was this time last year that I started my quest to become healthier - I started exercising - I hadn't been active since High School - Now, I am in the best shape I've ever been - I feel SO much better and enjoy hitting the gym, or running around the neighborhood - anything to get me off my hiney
    Best to you!

I go in spurts like this too sometimes. When I get like this, a full workout just doesnt sound inviting at all, so I decide to go for just a 5 to 10 min walk---sometimes thats all I do, but usually once I am out there I keep going. In a couple of days I am back in my routine. Its just a mental trick but I think giving myself permission to just do 10 mins makes it more appealing to get started. Worth trying. I am like you in that if one part slips the others follow. You are not alone! One step at a time to get back on track. You can do it. ((hugs))

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
