You might want to check out the book Eat Right for Your Type by Peter D'Adamos. He has a plan about eating what is right for your bloodtype. Low carb diets are great for type O's. Hubby wants me to get if for him to see how he should approach a new eating plan as he doesn't think he can do Atkins. I am type O and so far it is working for me. Good luck! I hope you find the right plan for you!

| I'm A- and atkins works for me. I dont really believe that bloodtype has anything to do with what diet works.

Just making an alternative suggestion to Atkins. I haven't read the book yet just read a bit about the book. I hope to pick it up at the library today when I return my Atkins book.

| I was really into the blood type program for a while, and the menu suggested for my A/B blood was Mediterranean, which I totally grooved with. I think it's not broadly enough used yet for anyone to be very up on how it works. I hope you'll find something that works for you, come back and tell how you're doing...
