| Wow, reading all these awesome responses lets me know how narrow minded I am when it comes to food options. I guess thats what comes from eating out most of the time rather than cooking. Now that I've been eating this way I've kinda stuck with the basics. I gotta learn to branch out there and try new stuff.

| Mothette, I'm with you on the eating out thing. Before I was married I ate out, a LOT, and after marriage my husband did a lot of the cooking. In the past couple of years I've learned that I like my own cooking the best! And once I looked at it as, doing my own cooking is the most basic self-care that I can do, I got over the "it's a chore" thing that I had grown up with. Now I see it as another avenue for self expression. Nevertoolate who posts on this board made a great point the other day, she suggested looking at vegetarian cook books for recipe ideas. Now that's a whole road of exploring I'm going to go down, in my spare time...Have fun!
