| Have you checked out Linda's Low Carb Menu's site? it's at Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home Go to the recipes and try some of the casseroles. Most of her things have pictures,and she marks the induction-friendly dishes with a * I've found eating things that are AMAZINGLY good helps me on this diet. I restarted again 4 days ago. It happens to all of us. Don't consider it starting over, consider it moving forward. You can not change the past. You can start taking care of yourself again from today forward. My advice, don't live in the past or the future. Don't worry about your goals or your failures. Concentrate on taking care of your body each day, live in the NOW. I'm finally restarting after binging (and I think we binge because we feel deep down like we're going to restart Atkins because we know it's good for us, so we try to get in as much carbage as we can stomach) - but what I realized is binging is the same level as self-mutilation. You're hurting yourself, and because you have this knowledge of how and why Atkins works, and the fact that this way of eating truly is the healthiest option, you are intentionally hurting your body. It's just an easier pain to inflict when the weapon is food. Stop hurting yourself. Love yourself, heal yourself. We're all in this together, and we'll all help you take care of you. |
