Good news...

I haven't been posting much because life has just been really busy, but I bought some new slacks today, and they were a size 12!!!!!
I am like everyoneelse occasionally I slip, but trying desperately to stay on track. It is always encouraging to try on new smaller clothes! Anyway, I'll wait a month or so to shop for me again but size 12 was very encouraging.

When I quit smoking, I bought some 14s so I could go ahead and mentally deal with the expected weight gain... It felt good to get back in the ole 12s.

The only problem is that EVERYONE in the country wears size 12. Good luck finding them on clearance. Belks had a huge clearance sale last weekend. 75% off summer stuff and 50% off of that. Everything was size 10 or size 8. :-(

I had kept my 12's from before but needed some slacks for work. I love my jeans though which I'm wearing now! Looking forward to my 9/10's though. I pulled those out to stare at until I can wear them again. At least they remind me to behave myself

Ah.. size 12.. I am sure you are correct because lots of the really cute things at the GoodWill are 12 and 10! And one day.. they will be mine.. all mine! MUWAHHAHHHAAA!

I love Goodwill! So many things to try and so affordable!
